Synopsis
A 5-star Korean delivery man, proud of his 100% success rate of delivery, encounters unexpected challenges on a detour to avoid heavy traffic. With his reputation on the line, will he rise to the occasion and successfully deliver fried chicken, or will he lose his flawless record?

Artist Statement
To showcase Korean delivery culture and Korean fried chicken in an engaging way, we’ve chosen the action- comedy genre for our film. Our goal is to entertain anyone with an interest in Korea or Korean culture. By creating over-the-top, humorous actions and vibrant imagery, we aim to make the audience laugh and enjoy the experience.
Director’s Biography
Dayeon Kang
Dayeon Kang is an emerging look development artist who is passionate in visual storytelling with her texturing and lighting skills. Born in Korea and moved to Vancouver in 2021. She majored 3D Computer Animation at Emily Carr University of Art + Design, and she has professional experience as a freelance illustrator. She blends her illustration background and strong sense of color with a passion to craft visually appealing imagery and immersive 3D environments.

Ellena Lee
Ellena Lee is a South Korean animator based in Vancouver, currently completing her BFA in 3D Computer Animation at Emily Carr University of Art + Design. She specializes in 3D character animation and enjoys crafting fast-paced, chaotic stories with a comedic edge. Her work draws inspiration from everyday absurdities, with a focus on exaggerated motion and timing. Her graduation film, Mission: Im-peck-able, is a love letter to slapstick humor and Korean delivery culture. After graduation, she hopes to continue working in character animation, telling stories that are both visually energetic and emotionally entertaining.
