“Stray” A Goodbye to Vancouver

“Stray” is a collection of short writings and illustrations created using Risograph printing techniques. It acts as a scrapbook, documenting important memories of its author through repeating imagery and free-form poetry. It also acts as a final goodbye to the city of Vancouver, using common places and recognizable landmarks in order to commemorate the time I’ve had here, and what I’ll miss. Making the decision to move back home, I wanted a physical piece of media I could look back on and us a time-piece, capturing my life at the time as well as the lives of those around me.
